If you know me by now, you know that I'm addicted to eggnog. I'm not sure when it started but I've been that way ever since I can remember. I think that this is at least the fourth time I've mentioned it in my blog. Last Thanksgiving, I made eggnog from scratch for the first time and recently made it in Barcelona for a potluck-style Christmas party with friends.
Well, now that I'm back in Philadelphia and store-bought eggnog is cheap and plentiful, I've overdone it again! I'm sorry.
I. Just. Can't. Help. It.
Yep, I've managed to drink ONE-AND-A-HALF GALLONS (~6L) of eggnog in two weeks!!! If you're keeping score, I've put approximately 8,300 calories of the golden yummyness in my morning coffee! Oh, and that doesn't count the grande eggnog latte I had at Starbucks when I arrived into Newark airport. If I drop dead from a heart attack soon, don't be surprised...at least I was happy.
